We're looking for a dedicated HR Manager to support our client's team in Dublin, OH. This is a fully onsite role with an annual salary range starting at $80,000. Employee Relations: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations to support employee growth. Benefits Administration: Manage and ensure effective benefit programs for all employees. Training Support: Assist in the development, monitoring, and accountability of training programs. HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Communication: Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to maintain smooth communication. Payroll Facilitation: Support payroll processing through CES, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. ESOP Administration: Help manage Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of HR experience in companies with 100+ employees. Payroll experience is a plus.
