What You'll Do as Controller Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain compliance with GAAP standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and stakeholders. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. What We're Looking For  Degree in Accounting (or related field) 5+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred) Experience managing intercompany transactions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ready to take the next step in your career?
