We are looking for someone who can work in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable presenting financial information to ownership.Responsibilities of the Director of Finance: Collaborate with senior management to create sustainable financial plans that support the organization's mission and long-term goals. Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of finance professionals, helping them grow in their roles and succeed. Communicate financial insights and performance to leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations. Regularly review expenses, implement controls, and ensure the organization operates within budget. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reductions to maximize the impact of resources.
