The mission-driven team focuses on dignity, respect, and family-like care in a supportive and collaborative environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and experience as a DON or nursing leader. This position requires strong leadership, compliance expertise, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day nursing operations of the skilled nursing facility.Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the nursing team.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Title 22 and CMS guidelines.Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans to improve resident outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and performance evaluations.Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.Implement quality assurance programs and promote best practices in geriatric care.Minimum QualificationsActive RN License in the state of California (Required).Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Nursing Manager (Required).Strong background in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) (Required).Knowledge of federal and state SNF regulations and compliance standards.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Must be available for occasional weekend coverage and on-call as needed.Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with additional compensation opportunities. ✠Full benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement planGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee assistance programsOpportunities for professional growth and advancementJoin Our Team!If you are a dedicated nursing leader looking for a rewarding role in a mission-driven organization, we invite you to apply today!
