Overview of the Chief Financial Officer role:• Develop and oversee the company's financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.• Provide leadership for accounting, treasury, and tax compliance functions.• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights to drive informed decision-making.• Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.• Lead the finance team in implementing best practices and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer role:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally in the manufacturing industry.• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing cost accounting.• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
