Director of Client Accounting Services Location: Remote (Preference for Colorado-based candidates)Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt | Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 DOE About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Client Accounting Services to lead our clients accounting team, oversee financial operations, and manage client relationships. This role requires expertise in nonprofit or public accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and grant compliance (2 CFR 200). Oversee client relationships and ensure service excellence. Streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance. Support business growth and optimize accounting technology. Who You Are 6+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit or public accounting preferred). 2+ years of team leadership experience. Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting (CPA/CMA preferred). Strong Excel skills and ability to explain financials to non-financial audiences. Experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill AP, and Karbon is a plus.
