Associate Attorney – Employment Class ActionsWe have an outstanding opportunity with a respected law firm recognized for their practice fighting for Employee Rights. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a background in employment law and class actions. As an Associate, you will assist and manage all aspects of litigation while collaborating with senior attorneys, representing clients in wage and hour litigation against large corporations. This is a great opportunity for an emerging associate to grow with a regarded firm taking on complex cases with a close-knit, collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.Develop strategies for wage and hour litigation in state and federal courts.Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations.Hone research, writing, and advocacy skills with mentorship.Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation, evidence organization, and strategy development.Collaborate with colleagues to provide strategic input on case management and litigation tactics.Qualifications:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.2-4 years of experience in employment litigation, wage and hour class actions, and/or complex civil litigationStrong legal research and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a demanding workload.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to think logically and solve complex problems.Benefits:Competitive base compensation from $130,000 - $160,000 annually (DOE).Flexible work from home schedule.Generous bonus structure.Paid time off, holidays, and firm-sponsored events.Firm-paid Medical HMO, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance.401(k), FSA, EAP, and Pet Insurance.To apply, forward your resume in confidence to Jordan at , or reach out for further details on this opportunity.
