The Staff Accountant will handle reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement prep. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accurate cash flow reporting. The Staff Accountant will assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review. Staff Accountant Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
