Job duties of the Assistant Controller Role: Supervise one direct report and support broader accounting team development.• Oversee accounting and financial reporting; Manage cash flow forecasting• Coordinate period closes and reconciliations across all subsidiaries.• Perform and coordinate annual outside reviews and audits for subsidiary financial statements.• Lead efforts in migrating accounting systems Provide light financial analysis to support decision-making.• Support and help lead the annual budget process.• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications preferred for the Assistant Controller Role: Minimum 8+ years of experience with at least 3+ managing or supervising a team Experience in the manufacturing industry; food manufacturing is a plus Experience with a software implementation Bachelor's in accounting; CPA is a plus #LI-JM1#INMAR2025
