CFO – Lead Financial Strategy for Growing Company MN

Chief Financial Officer Position OverviewOur client is seeking a CFO to join their organization. This position will be the top financial representative for the company, responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and helping drive the financial strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial and accounting functions for the company, with direct oversight of an Accounting Manager, AP Specialist, and AR Specialist. Develop and execute financial strategies, providing insights to guide investments and business decisions. Collaborate with leadership, including taking an active role in product strategy discussions from a finance perspective. Take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, working closely with segment leaders. Maintain strong accounting controls, oversee financial reporting, and manage budgeting and financial analysis. Ensure the financial stability and growth of the company by offering insights into strategic investments. Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting leader within a manufacturing company, with a deep understanding of financial operations in a production-focused environment. Strong history of employment and leadership in smaller companies. Ability to engage at the executive level and contribute to high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Compensation $170K - $200K total compensation
