About the Company:Our client is a rapidly growing distribution business who are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. The company has enjoyed incredible success in the last few years' and are seeking a candidate with an Accounts Payable background to join their team as they continue their expansion. POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for complying and maintaining accounts payable records by performing transactional duties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Prepares accounts payable checks and coordinates processes 3-way match Prints accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files Processes/prepares daily invoicing Processes pre-invoicing changes to Sales orders QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Associate's degree preferred 1-2 years accounting experience in a distribution / manufacturing environment preferred Sage 100 experience a plus Strong organizational and time management skills - must be able to multi task Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail, self-motivated and a team player is essential #LI-Hybrid
