Job Title: Senior Specialist, Program ManagementJob Number: 19090Job Location: Anaheim, CASchedule: 4/10 Job Description:L3Harris Interstate Electronics Corporation (IEC) is looking for a senior Program Manager to support the Range & Test Solutions business area. The Program Manager will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs while achieving key business results and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:Oversee all phases of program management, from concept to closureDevelop comprehensive program plans, including schedule, budgets, staffing, and other plan elementsManage programs to achieve program and business objectivesMonitor program execution, tracking progress against plans and take corrective actions to course correct as necessaryManage risks and opportunities to ensure program successAct as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.Provide clear, concise program status updates to both management and customersLead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goalsLead proposal preparation to support new business opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a technical discipline with a minimum of 6 years" experience as a Project/Program Manager Advanced knowledge of Project/Program Management methodologies and practicesExperience in proposal preparation, including developing cost estimates, schedules, and technical content, to support bids and contract negotiationsExcellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and various levels of management.Expert knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and its applicationProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of directing teams toward successful project outcomes.Up to 20% of travel may be expected.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with DoD programsFormal training in Project ManagementPMI certification (e.g. PMP)Active DoD security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to DoD classified information. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $104,500 - $193,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
