Construction Site Superintendent

We're looking for a Project Superintendent to join us. You'll lead daily on-site operations for Government/Military projects - ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Job Title: Superintendent (Government Projects)Salary: $100,000-$120,000Location: Stonington, CTKey Responsibilities:Safety:Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings.Scheduling:Keep the construction schedule up to date.Coordinate material orders and inspections.Job Site Management:Oversee all construction activities and maintain an organized job site.Ensure projects are completed to quality standards and within financial goals.Communication:Send weekly project updates.Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and the team.Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.Qualifications:Experience as a Project Superintendent in construction. (Federal Project experience strongly preferred)Knowledge of construction processes and methods.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in construction management software.Commitment to safety and quality.
