Production Manager

The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Chillicothe and Brookfield MO area to find an experienced Production Manager for their team! This right candidate needs to have strong leadership experience in manufacturing and a charismatic & servant leadership personality.This job will have the following responsibilities:Oversees production lines to make sure products meet all specifications and numbers / targets are meeting objectivesDirectly manage production supervisors, off shift supervisors, and all hourly associatesIndirectly oversee quality department Maintains a safe work environment for all employeesParticipates in continuous improvement projects and initiativesPartner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance mattersQualifications & Requirements:Bachelors Degree preferred5+ years of manufacturing management experienceExperience in food, packaging, and plastics manufacturing preferred
