This position is responsible for leading recruiting efforts and building a strong pipeline of skilled professionals. This role entails developing and implementing innovative hiring strategies, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning to attract top talent.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute human capital strategies that align with company objectives and enhance workforce productivity.Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of skilled employees.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.Partner with leadership to address workforce challenges, including labor relations, conflict resolution, and change management.Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business operations.Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize workforce performance.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all human capital matters.Required Skills/AbilitiesStrong knowledge of compensation structure, performance management, and employee relations.Proven track record of developing and executing successful hiring strategies.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology tools.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an HR leadership role.Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar industries preferred.HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.Physical RequirementsComfortable working in an office setting within a manufacturing facility, with occasional interaction on the production floor.Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.American Bath Group is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
