We are looking for a dedicated Customer Solutions Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:Customer InteractionServe as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Sales Team CollaborationWork closely with the sales team to provide support, share customer feedback, and assist in developing strategies to meet sales targets.Order ManagementOversee the entire order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Inventory CoordinationCollaborate with the warehouse and production teams to monitor inventory levels, ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.Production SchedulingAssist in planning production schedules to fulfill customer orders efficiently, addressing any potential gaps proactively.ERP & Demand PlanningUtilize NetSuite ERP system for demand planning, ensuring customer orders align with real-time inventory and production capabilities. Experience with RF-Smart for warehouse management is a plus.Logistics & Trucking CoordinationSchedule trucking for non-customer pickups, inter-facility transfers, and outbound shipments, while communicating directly with trucking companies and third-party logistics providers to track deliveries and resolve transportation-related issues.Quality AssuranceEnsure that customer orders meet quality standards and address any discrepancies promptly.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, inventory levels, and production schedules within the ERP system.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance processes related to customer service, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or production coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.Experience with ERP systems for demand planning, inventory tracking, and order management is required.
