Marketing and Client Success Coordinator

Job Brief: Marketing and Client Success CoordinatorWe are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Client Success Coordinator to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The Coordinator will have up-to-date knowledge of digital, social media, marketing, advertising and communication trends and the ability to interpret our various clients' needs and implement strategic solutions with high impact and engagement. The Coordinator will be relationship-focused and goal-oriented who will cultivate exceptional agency-client relationships to maximize client retention, agency and client success, and drive lifetime client value. The Coordinator will support multiple clients and will work on a variety of campaigns and projects across multiple platforms. This is a full-time non-remote position in Springfield Township, PA.ResponsibilitiesInfluence strategy and contribute to the development and tactical execution of client campaigns and projectsBuild strong relationships between clients and the agency; increase lifetime client value and retention Participate in client and team meetings: organizing tasks to completion, documenting minutes and assigning action items, creating meeting agendas, ensuring follow-through on all deliverables Prepare communications and marketing materials which may include marketing decks, copy for email marketing campaigns, PR/media relations collateral, brand story concepts, strategy documents, market research, website copy, project and campaign summaries, and performance reports Proactively seek out new ways to exceed client expectations and achieve goals at a faster pace Support client onboarding Create and oversee custom content development for marketing, advertising, and communication campaigns based on strategy; collaborating with internal graphics, social media and photography team members as well as outside vendors and client contacts as needed Maintain up to date knowledge of marketing, social media, SEO, public relations, and advertising trends and innovations; recommend and implement changes as needed Provide timely and informative measurement and analysis of all efforts and make insightful recommendations to team and clients based on findings Assist in other assignments, projects and tasks as needed to support agency and client growth RequirementsEntrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude Bachelor's Degree Required; marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years' marketing experience required; prior agency or client-focused experience preferred Strong writing and editing skillsExcellent attention to detail Strong sense of professionalism; customer service experience preferred Proven ability to support multiple brands and industriesStrong communications skills and ability to interact and present ideasStrong project management, time management and budgetary skills; ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines with attention to budget and ROI Up to date knowledge and familiarity of all major social media platformsPrior experience with paid campaign strategy and management preferredPrior experience with website design, development and/or website content management preferred Prior experience with CRM platforms preferredPrior experience with email marketing platforms preferred Public relations experience a plusSEO experience preferred To Apply: Please send a cover letter and resume to careers@ABOUT US:Flashlight Marketing is an award-winning creative marketing, communications and digital services agency specializing in helping privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and franchises to scale and grow.
