Job Title: In-House Brand DesignerLocation: Remote or Hybrid (if applicable)Job Type: Full-TimeĀ About Us:10 to LIFE LLC is a dynamic, fast-growing true crime brand producing high-quality content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and merchandise. We are seeking a talented Internal Brand Designer (or Creative Designer) to help bring our brand vision to life in a way that is engaging, modern, and true to our identity.Position Overview:We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking designer who can seamlessly integrate branding across all visual touchpoints. This role requires someone with an eye for detail, a passion for design, and an ability to create compelling, on-brand assets that drive engagement and reinforce our visual identity. You'll be designing merch concepts, YouTube thumbnails, social media cover photos, marketing materials, newsletter templates, and more.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for 10 to LIFE LLC across digital and print assets.Create high-quality designs for merchandise, social media, YouTube thumbnails, website banners, marketing assets, and other brand materials.Design newsletter templates that align with our brand's aesthetic and engage our audience.Develop compelling graphics for social media and marketing campaigns that drive audience interaction.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging across all platforms.Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to keep our brand looking fresh and modern.What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital media design.MUST HAVE a strong portfolio showcasing brand work, social media design, and digital marketing assets that align with our vision (examples will be emailed upon request).Must Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects a plus), Canva and other relevant design tools.Understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts audience engagement.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.A passion for true crime and storytelling is a plus!Perks & Benefits:Flexible work schedule (remote or hybrid options).Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a top true crime brand.Creative freedom to bring fresh design ideas to the table.Be part of a fun, fast-growing company with a dedicated audience.How to Apply:If you're a creative who loves branding, digital media, and storytelling, we'd love to hear from you!
