Associate Attorney

Job Description:Our firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior defense-side litigation experience in areas such as insurance defense, personal injury, or landlord-tenant disputesKey Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.Appear in Northern District courts and handle court proceedings effectively.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy.Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in litigation on the defense side (insurance defense, PI, landlord-tenant, etc.).Bar admission in California and in good standing.Experience appearing in Northern District courts is required.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Prior law firm experience is highly preferred.Must be local to the Bay Area
