Title: Program Manager - System IntegrationLocation: Fontana, CASalary: $80K-$120KRole Summary:We are seeking a Program Manager - System Integration to oversee and manage the seamless integration between JDL's logistics systems and our clients' ERPs. This role ensures smooth communication between WMS, OMS, and any 3PL ERP, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients regarding system timelines and technical inquiries.Key Responsibilities:System Integration Oversight - Ensure client ERP communicates with JDL's WMS, OMS, and 3PL ERPs for a seamless data flow.Project Coordination - Work with software developers to define, track, and report on integration timelines and requirements.Client Communication - Serve as the main POC for client questions related to system integration, timelines, and troubleshooting.Issue Resolution - Identify and mitigate integration risks by coordinating solutions between clients and development teams.Documentation & Reporting - Maintain clear project documentation, updates, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in program management, system integration, or IT project management (preferably in logistics or 3PL).Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, and OMS systems and their integration with third-party platforms.Ability to translate technical details between developers and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with API, EDI, and middleware solutions is a plus.
