DTF Print Production Manager

Position: DTF Print Production ManagerDepartment: ProductionLocation: Asheville, NCEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:This role you will be responsible for running print production of our DTF (Direct to Film) printers and all aspects of the Pressio Graphics production line. You'll need to be proficient in preparing artwork for print, managing the workflow of printed artwork and overseeing post-production workflow. Quality control of prints & maintaining a clean/organized environment is very important. All print work is digital; there is no screen printing.Responsibilities and Duties:• Operation of Digital Large Format Printers and quality control of prints• Troubleshoot digital printer issues and inventory management of print supplies• Operate a clean and organised print and Heat Press spaces• Collaborate with the Production Staff, Graphics Team and Account Managers to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness within the production department.• Proof jobs from the sales team and digital order software before production• Knowledge and operation of heat pressing equipment with a focus on precision and quality.• Work with production team of printing, heat press and QC operators and ensuring quality control and accuracy prior to shipping.• Maintain good time management skills• Be a team player / help any team member when neededWhat you need to have:• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Meticulous attention to detail during printing and quality control• At least 3yrs experience in digital large format printing• Full understanding of print production throughout all departments• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator extensive knowledge• Knowledge of RIP software is a +• Proficient with both Mac & PC's is a +• Ability to learn new equipment and software quickly• Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving• The ability to collaborate in a team environment• Great interpersonal skills• Adaptability to manage changing priorities• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills• Capable of lifting 40+ lbs.The ideal candidate will:• Value company culture and work well within a team.• Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.• Exhibit a strong sense of initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.• Maintain a positive and creative mindsetCompany Overview:Pressio is a rapidly growing international sports apparel brand.
