With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Bradenton, FL.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative functions, with a focus on tax reporting, compliance, and accounting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesTax ReportingAccurately prepare, submit, and manage all company tax-related documents and filings.Compliance & Regulatory RequirementsEnsure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, keeping up to date with changes and implementing necessary updates.Data EntryMaintain accurate and timely data entry for all transactions, inventory, and other essential business operations.New Account Set-up in ERP SystemManage the creation of new customer and vendor accounts within the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.Accounting AssistanceSupport the accounting department with tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly reconciliations.Office AdministrationPerform a variety of other administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, and assisting ownership with tasks as needed.QualificationsProven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, preferably in a supply chain or industrial environment.
