Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned scientific leader with a strong track record in developing and implementing translational strategies for cell therapiesThey will have a deep understanding of the biology of disease and mechanisms of action, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive innovationDevelop and execute translational strategies for cell therapies, including preclinical development and IND-enabling studiesLead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring new ideas to lifeBuild and maintain strong external partnerships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and other external partnersJob RequirementsPhD or MD/PhD degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Molecular or Cell Biology, or similar field15+ years' experience and a minimum of 10+ years in the pharma or therapeutics industryIn-depth understanding of emerging research, mechanisms of action, and disease models in cell therapiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including writing, reviewing, and editing scientific documents
