Contract Analyst, Network Operations

Location: Hybrid (60% Office, 40% Remote)Role OverviewThe Contract Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Small Cell team within Network Operations and Implementation. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and readiness of contracts prior to execution, collaborating with the Contract Specialist to resolve errors identified during contract reviews, and maintaining high data quality within the Contract Management system.ResponsibilitiesReview revenue and expense agreements to ensure accuracy, verifying that all necessary data, approvals, and supporting documentation are in place and consistent with the contract.Manage contract hierarchy reviews to ensure proper data integration into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.Process monthly venue redactions for upload into the Contract Database.Analyze and manage monthly reporting for Contract Management to monitor progress and outcomes.Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues related to contract preparation, recommending and implementing solutions to streamline processes.Cultivate and maintain business relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.Evaluate and manage contract data quality while assessing associated risks.Support the development of performance targets related to contract quality, cycle time, and production.ExpectationsAbility to provide advice and guidance to multiple levels within the organization.Manage competing priorities and balance long-term objectives with short-term urgent needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct challenging conversations effectively.Influence decisions through relationship-building and data-driven insights.Expertise in interpreting contract language and applying it within the business context.Strategic mindset to drive process improvements and ensure contract accuracy.Ability to prioritize daily tasks while managing high-priority requests.Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.Demonstrates accountability and responsibility in all tasks.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree with experience in a high-level analytical role.Experience: 5+ years of experience leading complex, analytical projects at an enterprise level.Job Type: ContractPay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:IT: 4 years (Required)Product management: 3 years (Required)hospitality or retail: 3 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Canonsburg, PA 15317 (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Canonsburg, PA 15317
