The Opportunity:A Fortune 500 telecommunications company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst on a temporary basis in Canonsburg, PA. The assignment is expected to last at least twelve months, possibly longer. The role has a hybrid work schedule - work from home Monday and Friday, In-office Tuesday through Thursday. The hourly rate is between $22 - $26, plus benefits.Primary Duties:The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business strategies. The Data Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and accuracy of data within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Additional duties include the following: Collaborate with team members to gather, structure, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights.Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to present data insights to internal teams and external clients.Work with business partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within ServiceNow's CMDB. Audit and update existing data as needed.Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of datasets.
