The Lighting Agency is looking for a highly focused, driven, friendly, organized, results-oriented Controls Quotations Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO.Position DescriptionManaging projects from start to finishResponsible for providing quotations to customers by coordinating bid strategy with Lighting Quotes, Project Managers and Outside Sales RepresentativesUsing Visual Controls Designer tools, build, update, and maintain a bill of material by reviewing plans, schedules, specification sheets, and coordinating with manufacturers to provide accurate pricingCoordinates with Distribution / Contractors / Specification teams through the submittal process to finalize and clarify project requirements to ensure quality outputFollow up on outstanding quotations to secure ordersUpdate and Manage Shop-Drawings and Submittal DocumentsPosition RequirementsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawingsKnowledge of the lighting supply chain process or have similar experience within construction material procurement.Establish and maintain customer relationships, via phone and email communicationAble to meet deadlines.Experience with OASIS for Sales Agents, and AUTOCAD a plusProficient with Microsoft Office, BluebeamWork Style Attribute RequirementsRequires strong organizational and time management skills and must be able to effectively multi-task.Ability to work both independently and as a team player with strong focus to details.Work Style Attribute RequirementsRequires strong organizational and time management skills and must be able to effectively multi-task.Ability to work both independently and as a team player with strong focus to detailsMust possess good analytical skills and have demonstrated problem solving capabilityMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to provide clear and concise informationApplicant Requirements:Experience with quoting or project management of lighting controls systemsExperience with Acuity Brands controls is a plus but not necessaryDegree in electrical or architectural engineering is a plusCompensation and BenefitsTotal compensation range $60k - $90k depending on experience and skillset.Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance.Three weeks of Paid Time Off and weekly WFH flex scheduling401k with 3% safe harbor match.All compensation packages are negotiable.
