Position: Uruguayan Payroll AnalystDuration: 6-month contract to HireLocation: Fully RemoteJob Description:A client of Insight Global is looking to add a payroll analyst to their team. This person will manage payroll processing for employees in Uruguay (45), Mexico (50), and Chile (6). The role involves handling payroll for these countries, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, deductions, and benefits. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and regulations.Required Skills & Experience:Uruguay payroll & legislative experience (2-4 years)Strong understanding of Uruguayan labor laws (e.g., BPS, DGI, MTSS, Banco de Seguros del Estado regulations).Experience handling salary structures, deductions, and benefits (social security, health insurance, Aguinaldo, IRPF, etc.).Familiarity with local payroll cycles (e.g., biweekly/monthly payments).Understanding of termination processes and severance calculations.Speaks/writes both English and Spanish Able to work effectively individually and in a team atmosphereAble to multi-task is a fast-paced environment Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup)Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience using ADP StreamlineExperience using Workday (HRIS system)
