Chromatography experience (HPLC or similar techniques) is essential, as it comprises 80% of the job, along with familiarity in pH meters, chromatography instruments, and basic wet chemistry techniques. Preferred candidates will have GMP experience or have worked in a regulated lab environment such as an EPA, medical, or micro lab. Strong documentation skills, cross-functional teamwork, and strict adherence to safety standards are critical. Candidates must be local to the Greater Los Angeles area due to daily onsite requirements and potential on-call responsibilities.This Sr Associate position is a laboratory-based position, responsible for analysis of process development samples, multiple instrument operation, analytical method development, sample management, data analysis and reporting.Candidate will work in a cross-function laboratory with following GMP and safety compliance.
