Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Permit Expeditor at Tabrizi Construction, located in Manhattan, NY. The Permit Expeditor will be responsible for managing and expediting permit applications and approvals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, preparing and submitting permit documentation, and tracking the progress of permit applications. The Permit Expeditor will also resolve any issues or delays that arise during the permitting process.QualificationsExperience in permit expediting, project management, and construction documentationKnowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and compliance regulationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with relevant software and toolsA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field is preferred
