Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location : Mountain View - CA ( Hybrid )Job DescriptionYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)• Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal• Strong administrative and organizational skills• Can be a Coordinator who is recently graduated from college and does not necessarilyhave Tech experience, needs to be someone with learning agility and customer serviceas top skills.What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (particularly Workday), and backgroundcheck vendor tools (like HireRight)• Previous experience supporting recruitment of technical roles in a fast-pacedenvironment, particularly in big tech companies• Minimum 2 years supporting recruiting activities in a Coordinator capacity (includingcomplex interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
