6 month contract-to-perm4 day onsite; 1 day remoteHours: 8:30 am - 5 pmW-2 ONLYJob Description:The Procurement Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting the procurement operations function through activities such as spend analytics, KPIs, vendor scorecards, program tracking and reporting. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Procurement Analyst will develop and create engaging PowerPoint slide decks for Procurement presentations to senior leadership. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our procurement team and drive continuous improvement across the function while advancing your professional development.Essential Functions:Support the procurement team with spend analytics and identification of cost savings and process improvement opportunitiesDevelop, track, and report procurement KPIs to measure the performance of the procurement organization and vendorsPrepare and maintain vendor scorecards to ensure supplier performance meets organizational expectations and contractual obligationsCollaborate with procurement team members and internal stakeholders to support the RFx process, vendor selection, and contract negotiationsConduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices to drive value and operational efficienciesSupport procurement team members in managing vendor relationships to ensure value deliveryManage small and medium-sized projects, as assigned, driving process improvements and efficienciesAnalyze and optimize the procurement process to drive cost savings and identify process improvement opportunitiesContribute to the development of supplier diversity initiatives and programs, including the identification of diverse vendorsExperience with:SharePoint application development and deploymentMicrosoft Excel / MacrosAutomation platformsJOB ID: 81784
