A Contemporary Fashion brand is looking for a Direct Hire Assistant Buyer fully onsite in Los Angeles.Role:Assistant/Associate Buyer Rate:$60K- $68K (based on experience)Location:Fully Onsite in Vernon, CAStart/End:3 InterviewsJob Description:You will be responsible for the below:PO's / AIMS style creation + maintenanceVendor communication when neededData AccuracyReporting: assist when needed to pull or create reportsBest/Slow, Spotlight, EOM, HindsightWeekly Style Selling, ATS Ranking, Reorder Report, WIP, Recut Report, Returns/Exchanges, Friday ReportAssist with ECOM business by helping with:Monitoring Pre-OrdersOut of Stock - Retail Inventory opportunitiesBack in Stock TrackingAssist with RETAIL business by helping with:Weekly Allocation ReviewReplenishment OpportunitiesStore Assortment DeckSeasonal Buying Strategies DeckSeasonal RMA executionMaintain PO LOG + BUY PLANS for accuracy and weekly reviewsUpdate daily and/or as neededAssist with managing Late AddsMonitor ETA's, Delays/Improvements and Shortages/OveragesOpportunity to Buy Non-Apparel (Accessories) categoriesAnalyze weekly sales and actionsAnalyze quarterly hindsight sales and actionsSkus, productivity, budget pre/post line review/sales meetingParticipate in Sales Meetings, MSRP meeting, ECEX for non-apparel and PHASESample Coordinator - prepare samples and room for buy reviews and hindsight meetingsPerform other duties as neededReports to Director of BuyingIf you are interested, please respond with your updated resume and portfolio.
