RadwagUSA is seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage, optimize, and expand our online sales presence. This role is essential in driving digital sales growth and enhancing customer experience across e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:Online Channel Management: Manage and optimize RadwagUSA's listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.?Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute digital sales strategies in coordination with the Sales Strategy Lead, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance.?Digital Marketing: Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns and promotional strategies, analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.?Product Listings: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attractiveness of product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.?Technology Integration: Collaborate with the technical team to implement and enhance digital sales tools, including AI-driven chatbots and sales portals.?Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and digital marketing analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.?Customer Journey Coordination: Work closely with the service team to provide seamless integration of sales and after-sales support.?Qualifications:Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).?Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and social media advertising.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and trends.?Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI agents for research and SEO, and AI-driven content creation platforms like HeyGen.?Ability to create compelling content for marketing and product knowledge articles.?Compensation & Reporting:Competitive salary and performance-based commission structure.?Reports directly to the Sales Strategy Lead.?Location:RadwagUSA headquarters, Miami, FL.?RadwagUSA values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, offering opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic work environment.?
