This on-site role is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a well-respected, fast-growing company, enhancing our efficiency and reinforcing our reputation as an exemplary Foreign Trade Zone in the region.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize Foreign Trade Zone operations in compliance with CBP regulations.Work in tandem with warehouse operations, sales, and purchasing to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.Prepare and submit import/export logistics documentation as it relates to CBPMonitor and review practices for continued compliance with CBP regulationsCollaborate with the purchasing team and suppliers to a proactive approach to complianceLeverage strong communication skills to liaise with management and regulatory agencies.What We're Looking For:4-5 years of experience in Foreign Trade Zone operations, warehouse management, and import/export logistics.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.Bonus:Experience with Magaya ACELYNK software is a strong plus.Who You Are:You're someone who thrives in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment.
