Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage Personal Injury files from file through trial Work up litigation files from filing the lawsuit, writing discovery and depositions, and trying the case Willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, staff and other lawyers Successfully lead a litigation team of 5 plus people Successfully lead a prelitigation team of 2-3 Litigate a case from beginning to end Have good work ethic and present strong attention to detail Ability to work cohesively in a team environment Experience in supervising and managing other team members Pre-Litigation case management and negotiation experience Experience handling cases involving commercial motor vehicles Willing to expand trial skills and knowledge Willing to expand knowledge of trucking litigation and obtain board certification in truck accident law Willing to work independently yet be accountable QualificationsGraduate of an ABA-accredited law school Current member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standingMinimum of 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Trial experience preferred
