Job DescriptionTukaiz is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of digital and print production files, working closely with designers, project managers, and print specialists to execute creative projects efficiently. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design consistency, strong technical production skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, proof, and adjust design files for print and digital production.Ensure artwork meets brand guidelines, production specifications, and quality standards.Modify existing creative assets for various formats and applications.Collaborate with the creative and prepress teams to troubleshoot and optimize files for print production.Conduct quality checks and preflight files to ensure accuracy in color, layout, and resolution.Work with variable data design templates and personalization tools.Maintain organized files and follow naming conventions and file management protocols.Stay up to date with industry trends, software updates, and production techniques.JOB DESCRIPTION:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in production design, prepress, or print production.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of print processes, color management, and file preparation.Experience with variable data printing (VDP) and template-based workflows is a plus.Working knowledge of digital and large-format printing techniques.Familiarity with project management tools and digital asset management systems.Soft Skills:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to production challenges.If you're a Production Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
