The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring quality standards for El Tapeo Restaurant. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sous Chef for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.QualificationsExperience in kitchen management and food preparationExpertise in menu planning and developing new recipesLeadership and supervisory skills, including training and managing kitchen staffKnowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen settingStrong organizational and inventory management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCulinary degree or related certification is a plusPrevious experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is an advantage
