Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Madison & Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid Work Environment)Experience: 1 to 3 yearsTerm: Contract to Hire Rate - $30.00 to $42.00 per hour on contract with benefits with salary conversion from $65,000 -$85,000No C2C or Third Party Candidates will be reviewed or accepted Business Analyst - Life Sciences We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Analyst with a background in business and 1-2+ years of consulting experience to help emerging and established life sciences clients solve complex business challenges. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights, manage projects, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive operational and financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support high-value initiatives across market access, commercialization, and business process optimization.Why you would want to work at our company. Why you will be interacting with our clients in a consultant capacity.Key Responsibilities:Lead or support strategic initiatives such as process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and operational optimization.Partner with senior leadership at client organizations to define goals and develop solutions for complex business challenges.Develop and implement de-risking strategies to help clients navigate regulatory uncertainty, market fluctuations, and operational risks.Analyze business data, financial information, and market trends to drive actionable recommendations.Create compelling client deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.Manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations, ensuring successful delivery.Support client engagements in launch planning, market access, supply chain, and commercialization strategies.Lead workshops and client meetings, providing insights that influence key business decisions.Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to guide client strategies and risk mitigation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).1-2+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.Experience leading projects or workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travelPreferred Qualifications:Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech industries.Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders on high-impact decisions.Desired Skills and Experiencebusiness analyst, business intelligence, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, life sciences
