This individuals will provide confidential crisis intervention through crisis counseling, information and referral, safety planning and personal advocacy in a trauma informed environment to adult and child victims of domestic violence and sexual assault at the Crisis Based Shelter located in Fort Dodge, IA. Answering crisis lines, transporting, cleaning, preparing food, serving food, assisting victims that reside at the shelter with day to day tasks and other duties as assigned. Clients of this shelter range in all ages including, kids, men and women.Compensation:$16 hr - $18hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
