Title: Compliance AnalystLocation: Westminster, CO (80021) / Remote Option Employment Type: 3+ Month w2 Contract (no c2c or sponsorship available) Job Description:Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst to support risk assessment and compliance initiatives. This role will focus on SOX compliance, internal audits, and risk oversight. From an experience perspective, we are targeting candidates with the following: Key Responsibilities:Support auditor walkthroughs and testing of SOX-relevant processesUpdate documentation, including RCM, placemats, narratives, and AuditBoardTrack progress of walkthroughs, address issues, and ensure timely completionAssist in remediation efforts, control updates, and evidence documentationManage AuditBoard/Risk Oversight system and maintain the risk and control libraryParticipate in process remediation and drive key milestonesRequired Experience:SOX experience and strong knowledge of internal audit proceduresExcellent communication and coordination skillsExperience with AuditBoard or similar risk oversight toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTalent Groups would like to thank all applicants, however only those who qualify for an interview will be contacted.Talent Groups is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-JH1
