The ideal candidate is customer-focusedtechnology-savvy, and has a deep understanding of supply chain operations, particularly in aviation or industrial distributionSenior Technical Product Manager - Supply Chain TechnologyLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)Job Type: Contract (Through September 2025)Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain technology initiatives.Conduct ongoing business research and leverage internal expertise to understand and articulate business needs.Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and prioritize features for development.Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes and sustain product adoption post-launch.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive teams, to align on product goals and progress.Manage project timelines, risks, and trade-offs to deliver products on schedule and within budget.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.Required Qualifications:BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, science, math, or a related field (MS or MBA preferred).7-10+ years of progressive experience in product management.5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or industrial supply distribution.Proven track record of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously, preferably within a large organization.Experience managing products through the entire lifecycle, from inception to launch.Demonstrated ability to deliver business results and manage a product or product line P&L.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and work effectively under pressure.Nice-to-Have:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)Data Science and ML CertificationsAbout the Client:Our client is a leader in the aviation industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
