We have partnered with a local client who is looking for a Director of Education. This is a perm role with benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Take the lead in the comprehensive design and effective delivery of educational programs that strictly adhere to OSHA, ANSI. This entails not only ensuring compliance but also continuously evaluating and improving the programs to meet the evolving needs of the industry.Team LeadershipProvide mentorship and guidance to training specialists and success coaches, fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration. This includes overseeing the onboarding process for new team members and facilitating productive team meetings that encourage open communication and the sharing of best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with various industry partners, building and maintaining strong relationships that enhance program visibility and effectiveness. Additionally, represent the educational programs at relevant conferences and events, showcasing their value and impact to a wider audience.Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of program administration, including managing budgets and timelines to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and within financial constraints. This role also involves implementing effective workflows and establishing performance metrics to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.QualificationsEducationA Bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent experience in a relevant field will also be considered. The educational background should provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of program management and development.Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, training development, or workforce initiatives is required. This extensive experience should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading projects and initiatives that enhance workforce skills and knowledge.Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and a thorough understanding of OSHA and ANSI standards. Additionally, excellent leadership skills and project management capabilities are essential to effectively guide teams and ensure the successful execution of programs.
