Your primary goals will be to strengthen the relationship with the corporate team and increase business performance at the Franchise system(s) you are assigned to. This will involve engaging in activities that enhance the partnership and ensure that the interests of both parties are aligned. As a Manager for Account Executives working in the system(s) you are accountable for, you will hold those team members accountable to creating great results through continuous training, developing, and coaching. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the team members to ensure that they meet the expectations of the Franchisees and the corporate team at assigned Franchise systems. In addition to being accountable for the satisfaction of the Franchisees and the Corporate team at assigned Franchise systems, you will also be responsible for the business performance of the relationship with Franchise systems. You will have vendor/software selection and pricing authority - and must use those tools to create sustainable and profitable outcomes for ChoiceLocal.Mandatory Job Responsibilities:Ensure Client/Partner SatisfactionStrengthen the relationship between ChoiceLocal and assigned Franchise systems/clients/partners.Hold Account Executives accountable for creating great results, training, developing, and coaching team members.Manage direct relationships with key stakeholder's franchisees/owner groups as needed.Manage and support team members to ensure that they meet the expectations of the Franchisees/clients/partners and the corporate team at assigned Franchise systems/clients/partners.Be accountable for the satisfaction of the Franchisees and the Corporate team at assigned Franchise systems/clients/partners.Be responsible for the business performance of the relationship with Franchise systems/clients/partners.Create and communicate monthly reporting recaps to clients/partners, showcasing strong digital marketing results and alignment with business objectives.Identify and demonstrate new opportunities for growth for all assigned clients/partners.Present quarterly game plan initiatives to franchisees/clients/partners and always be seeking strategic opportunities to grow their business and enhance their partnership with ChoiceLocal.Have vendor/software selection, and pricing authority.Use those tools to create sustainable and profitable outcomes for ChoiceLocal.Collaborate with capability teams to ensure that high level strategy, implementation, and adoption align across the franchise system/client/partners.Fight through difficult situations with honesty, integrity, and optimism.Reduce cancellations by identifying the root cause and responding with rebuttal messages to address their concern and highlight the benefits of continuing their partnership with ChoiceLocal.Perform other duties as assigned.Obligation to the ChoiceLocal TeamManage all personnel, tool, vendor, client/partner retention, pricing, service offering, and account assignment decisions in a way that protects both near-term profitability and the team's ability to grow.Advocate for clients/partners to find solutions that create results, pushing through difficult situations with honesty, integrity, and optimism. Always see the best in our partners and Team Members, especially in moments when they may not be at their best.Work together with the ChoiceLocal capabilities team to ensure all client/partner initiatives are completed on time and up to the high standards of our best practices.Uphold ChoiceLocal's high leadership standards by monitoring and safeguarding team morale, actively seeking and acting on feedback, providing hands-on support, taking full accountability for both personal and team actions to ensure no one feels unsupported, training new Partner Success team members during onboarding.Always advocate for your clients/partners must persistently seek solutions that deliver results, navigating challenging situations with honesty, integrity, and optimism, and consistently recognizing the best in clients/partners and team members, particularly during their toughest moments.Continue to learn, test, and teachnew ideas, committing to ongoing personal and professional growth, attending all best practice meetings and trainings, and bringing passion, energy, and creativity to their work, recognizing the impact on our partners and their families.Support the performance of all teams within an account to ensure they meet their KPI goals by using your expertise to provide feedback and develop action plans for teams not achieving these targets, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the account and network to drive effective strategies.Ensure Partner Success team members adhere to conventions by monitoring proper use of project management and file-sharing software, enforcing adherence to Best Practices and deadlines, and spot-checking completed tasks to confirm they are completed thoughtfully and accurately.Serve as the first point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding training, onboarding, or administrative procedures. Address these issues promptly and either provide a solution or connect the Specialist or Strategist with a team member who can assist as quickly as possible.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketingStrong background in Paid Media (PPC, Programmatic, OOH/DOOH)Strong background in CRMProven experience in managing and building relationships with Franchisors and Franchisees.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage and support a team of Account Executives and Digital Marketing Strategists.Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.Knowledge of business operations and financial management.Proven Experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing StrategyAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to handle constructive criticism and maintain composure in challenging situations.Demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to effectively navigate interpersonal dynamics and understand the emotions of oneself and others.Willingness to travel to various locations as needed including annual conferences and quarterly game plan meetings.Proficient in delivering presentations and engaging with audiences in various settings.Qualifications:Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the franchisor.Expert knowledge and experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) are essential for driving traffic, leads, and conversions to franchisee websites.Ability to collaborate with team to ensuring content aligns with overall marketing strategy and franchisor goals and objectives.Expert knowledge of social media marketing, including the ability to develop social media strategies and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.Expert knowledge on how to create email marketing campaigns that effectively engage with target audiences and drive conversions.The ability to use data and analytics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and provide detailed reporting to the franchise team.The ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while staying within budget and on schedule.Strong leadership skills are necessary for managing a team of Strategists and ensuring they are meeting their goals and objectives.Excellent communication skills are necessary to work collaboratively with franchisors, franchisees, Strategists, and other stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies.A passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and an eagerness to learn and grow as a digital marketing professional.
