Job Location: New York, NYC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)Data AnalysisPrevious PM expCapital MarketsFixed income and Repo exp is helpfulUnderstanding Technical Language to be able to understand what business is askingResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and Analysis: Identify and document business needs by working closely with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Ensure all parties have a common understanding of the project objectives.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to understand trends, patterns and issues. Develop reports and dashboards to measure process performance and help stakeholders make informed decisions.Solution Design and Validation: Propose and evaluate solutions to meet business needs. Conduct testing and validation of new processes or systems before full implementation.Change Management and Training: Help plan and execute changes in business processes or systems, e.g. due to regulatory change or to improve processes.
