This position requires an attorney who can handle mediation and negotiations independently, draft and prepare legal documents, and collaborate closely with medical experts and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients, ensuring the best possible case resolutions. While the primary focus is on pre-suit negotiations, there is potential for litigation involvement when necessary. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court Manage cases, support staff and meet client expectations effectively Knowledge of nursing home negligence Personal Injury and auto experience knowledge a plus Skill Set:3+ years of litigation experience Trial experience is preferred Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Be proactive, and a self-starter Mediation skills.
