Primary Duties: The Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) serves as the primary contact for assigned dealers and their sales personnel to manage communications regarding machine and attachment specifications, pricing, equipment availability and order management. The ISC supports and works with assigned District Sales Managers to accomplish sales goals for their assigned territories. The ISC provides direct telephone and face-to-face engagement to assigned dealers to provide sales, pricing and delivery information necessary to achieve end-user customer sales and equipment orders.Responsibilities: · Work directly with assigned dealers or DM's through telephone and emails to sell wholesale to dealers and end-user customers that helps achieve monthly departmental objectives.· Work with CE Sales Team to plan, coordinate and allocate inventories to achieve optimum sales in their assigned territory.· Work with CE Sales Team and Dealer Network to provide marketing and sales support as required.· Manage all order writing processes, documentation and files and processes into HD HCE-NA internal system for fulfillment of orders.· Initiates order of HD HCE-NA equipment inventories and factory-built machines to fill dealer orders.· Provides dealer and DM with regular inventory updates to maximize sales potential of HD HCE-NA inventoried machines.· Coordinates with vendors on the receipt and scheduling of machines and attachments to expedite the shipping of units to customers.· Assist in and work with tradeshow personnel in participation of tradeshows if required by the management.· Other sales and marketing functions and duties as required by HD HCE-NA management.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree preferred.· 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or business administration .· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.· Experience with SAP preferred.· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in fast paced office environment.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service passion.Work environment and other requirements:The work environment is a non-smoking office environment combined with some travel (10%) to assigned dealers. Microsoft Office and internal HD HCE-NA systems utilization. No heavy lifting required. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employee.
