Supply Chain Analyst, $70K - $80K North America, Primarily Remote (occasional travel to 3PLs and office as needed)Ready for Your Next Challenge?Join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company making an impact in the consumer goods space. We're looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to keep our operations running smoothly, supporting inventory, logistics and 3PL relationships for our growing business. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products get where they need to be, on time and in full, while driving efficiencies across the supply chain.You're a Fit If You:Have 2-5 years of experience in supply chain or operations, ideally within CPG or a high-volume environment.Love analyzing data to keep supply chains moving, from inbound shipments to customer deliveries.Are comfortable owning daily logistics operations, managing 3PL partners and tracking in-transit shipments.Have experience handling purchase orders, supplier coordination and supporting quality and inventory accuracy.Are confident working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) and Excel to keep data clean and reports clear.Are proactive, organized and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.What You'll Do:Manage the end-to-end order cycle and support logistics execution across regions.Track and analyze shipments, ensuring on-time performance and resolving issues with 3PLs.Maintain accurate transit data and keep teams updated on ETAs.Support supplier management, purchase orders and quality checks.Analyze logistics costs and dispute errors on chargebacks or invoices.Assist with demand planning and inventory cycle counts as needed.Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Provide insights to optimize our network of suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.We offer a collaborative hybrid work environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.Due to a high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
