Prestigious law firm in midtown Manhattan is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join their team in the New York or San Francisco office. The GC team consists of three people and they are looking for an attorney who will be reviewing contracts including NDAs, Saas and other software agreements. Will review, evaluate and negotiate contracts and engagement letters. Will also work closely with the Business Intake and Conflicts department. Need experience drafting technology, purchase, sale, software license, content license, outsourcing, professional service, real estate leases, general contractor and architectural agreements. Looking for someone who can analyze issues. No billable requirement and will be a 9 - 5 p.m. role. Law firm experience preferred.
