Russell Tobin is seeking an Operations Technician to support our client in Green Bay, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the administrative and operations field.Position: Operations TechnicianLocation: Green Bay, WI (On-site)Duration: 12-week assignment (Full-time, 40 hours/week)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMPay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50/hourJob Responsibilities:? Receive and review incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed.? Enter transactions into systems, verify accuracy, and balance general ledger accounts.? Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.? Provide fast, effective, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banks.? Prepare, edit, distribute, and correct specialized and complex documents.? Provide reports on customer feedback and trends in product-related issues.? Review processes and procedures for accuracy and efficiency, recommending improvements to leadership as needed.Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
