Training and Quality Assurance Administrator

Diversified Insurance, a top workplace in 2024 and a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training & Quality Assurance Administrator to join our award-winning team. This key role is responsible for designing and implementing training programs while ensuring the quality and accuracy of insurance policies, client documents, and office procedures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees covering insurance knowledge and Applied Epic.Conduct quality assurance audits for policies, certificates, and Epic-related functions to ensure compliance with company standards.Collaborate with HR and DII University to create ongoing educational programs and refresher courses.Identify and resolve discrepancies in Epic and client documents, working with management to develop proactive training solutions.Design and update training materials tailored to different learning styles"”visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic.Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve training and auditing processes.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for employees and clients.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience using Applied Epic, with strong knowledge of commercial insurance.
